| This is a program that focuses on improving the athletes overall quickness and coordination, vertical jump, ability to change direction, explosive power, and reactive ability. The program runs two days per week. The first day focuses on agility and foot speed through the use of cone and ladder drills. The second day focuses on power training with plyometrics and has a dumbbell power lab that teaches proper technique of Olympic-style power movements such as the Hang Clean and Snatch.
