Yoga for Men & Women

Hatha Yoga is a system of exercises designed to stretch, limber, and tone the body – keeping it youthful and tension free. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to enable you to reduce stress, and warm up exercises to use with your favorite sports. Please bring a blanket and warm socks to each class. Participants are also welcome to bring their own yoga (sticky) mat and yoga block.
